Breathe & Sound Healing at Body D-Tox
At Body D-Tox, we believe true wellness begins by calming the nervous system and reconnecting with yourself. Our Weekly Breathwork & Sound Sessions are designed to help you slow down, release accumulated stress, and create space for healing in both the body and the mind.
In a world where many people live in a constant state of pressure, overstimulation, and mental noise, these sessions offer a gentle return to stillness and balance. Using guided breathing techniques, you’ll be supported through a simple yet powerful practice that helps regulate the nervous system, quiet the mind, and bring awareness back into the body. No experience is needed. Just come as you are.

What We Offer
Breathwork and Sound Healing are delivered together in a single flowing session — each deepening the effect of the other.
Part One
🌬️
You'll be guided through conscious breathing techniques that help regulate the nervous system, quiet mental activity, and bring awareness fully back into the body. Breathwork works directly with the autonomic nervous system — consciously shifting the body from a stressed, activated state into a calm, restorative one. Each session is gentle, accessible, and supportive for all experience levels. You don't need to know anything about breathwork to benefit from it.
Part Two
🎵
The session concludes with sound healing using calming instruments and resonant frequencies — including singing bowls, chimes, and other carefully chosen tools — designed to help the body unwind more deeply and integrate the experience. Sound frequencies create a deeply relaxing environment that supports emotional release, clarity, and inner connection. The combination of breath and sound produces a state of rest and restoration that is difficult to access through conventional means.
Your Session
Sessions run for approximately 60 minutes. These are intentionally gentle, grounding, and accessible — designed to meet you exactly where you are, whatever kind of week you've had.
01
Find your space, get comfortable on your mat, and allow yourself to begin arriving. The environment is quiet, calm, and unhurried from the moment you walk in.
02
Your facilitator guides you through a conscious breathing practice — simple, supportive, and suitable for all levels. You're always in control and can move at your own pace throughout.
03
As the breath practice settles, calming instruments and sound frequencies fill the space — helping the body unwind more deeply and allowing the experience to integrate fully.
04
The session closes gently, allowing time to rest in stillness before gradually returning to awareness. Most people leave feeling deeply rested, calm, and reconnected.

Have Questions?
Breathwork is the practice of consciously guided breathing techniques designed to support relaxation, nervous system regulation, emotional wellbeing, and mental clarity. Different breathing patterns directly influence how the body and mind respond to stress and tension — and with guidance, breathwork can shift the body from an activated stress state into a deeply calm and restorative one.
Sound healing uses calming sounds, resonant frequencies, and instruments — such as singing bowls, chimes, and other carefully chosen tools — to promote deep relaxation and support a meditative state. The sound portion of the session follows the breathwork practice and is designed to help the body unwind further and integrate the experience. Many people find the sound component deeply soothing and unlike anything they've experienced before.
Not at all. These sessions are completely beginner friendly and designed for anyone wanting to slow down, relax, and reconnect — regardless of whether they've ever tried breathwork or meditation before. The practice is guided throughout, so you simply follow along at your own pace. There is no right or wrong way to experience the session.
No. These sessions are intentionally gentle, grounding, and supportive. The focus is entirely on helping you feel safe, calm, and regulated — not challenged or overwhelmed. If at any point you feel uncomfortable, you are always free to adjust your breathing or simply rest and listen to the sounds.
Everyone's experience is different and equally valid. Some people feel deeply relaxed, emotionally moved, or even tearful — this is a normal and healthy response as tension releases. Others simply feel calmer, lighter, or mentally clearer. Most people leave feeling deeply rested, more grounded, and genuinely reconnected with themselves.
Many people use breathwork specifically to help manage stress, overwhelm, tension, and feelings of anxiety. Conscious breathing works directly with the autonomic nervous system — activating the parasympathetic ("rest and digest") response and calming the sympathetic ("fight or flight") state. Regular breathwork practice can meaningfully improve your baseline stress tolerance and emotional regulation over time.
Consistency is where the greatest benefits accumulate. Weekly sessions support ongoing nervous system regulation, stress management, sleep quality, and emotional wellbeing. Many clients notice a meaningful shift in how they handle daily stress and how well they sleep after just a few consecutive weeks of attendance.
These sessions are suitable for most people. However, if you have any medical concerns, respiratory conditions (such as asthma or COPD), cardiovascular conditions, epilepsy, or are pregnant, we recommend speaking with your healthcare professional before attending. Please also let the facilitator know of any relevant conditions before the session begins.
Absolutely. Breathwork & Sound Healing combines beautifully with ZeroBody Dry Float, Infrared Sauna, Red Light Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, and Massage — many clients use it as the restorative anchor of a broader weekly wellness routine. The nervous system calming achieved in a breathwork session deepens the benefits of everything else you do for your body.
